The infrastructure available in the laboratory enables research and development work in the field of biophysics (e.g. molecular nanoaggregates) and activities focusing on the development of new diagnostic devices, e.g. based on the analysis of sound waves. Among the laboratory’s equipment are photobioreactors for biotechnological cultures, designed at the WTP, for the extraction of active substances from, for example, algae.
The laboratory facilities provide the opportunity to analyse designed material solutions including:
- testing of physico-chemical and biological properties,
- development of production technology,
- testing the parameters and properties of materials used in medicine.
