Graduate of the Faculty of Computer Science and Management at the Wrocław University of Technology, where he earned a master’s degree in financial systems management. He also completed an interdisciplinary postgraduate Executive MBA. Over the years, he has been involved with the Wrocław City Hall, where, as an associate of the mayor, he was responsible for supervising over a dozen departments. In 2012, he was appointed President of the Wrocław Technology Park Management Board. Initiator of projects such as “No micro, no macro” or “Innovation Sector”. Committed to the development of modern education through the initiative “Projektujemy Przyszłość. Edukacja” and in promoting young Polish scientific talents, among others. through many years of supporting the national E(x)plory Competition.

Graduate of the University of Wrocław, where he obtained his Master of Law degree. He also graduated from the elite Master of Business Administration programme at Wrocław University of Economics. For many years, he has been affiliated with Wrocław University of Life Sciences, where he held the position of Director of the Centre for Public Procurement and Procurement. Member of the Supervisory Board of Średzka Komunikacja Publiczna sp. z o.o. in Środa Śląska. In 2022, he was appointed Vice-President of the Wrocław Technology Park Management Board.
