The new face of industrial Wrocław
The Wrocław Technology Park offers investment areas that are available both for sale and for lease – depending on the investor’s preferences.
The land we have on offer is located in the industrial part of Wrocław, close to the city centre, precisely on Fabryczna Street, in the vicinity of our production and warehouse hall Nowa 7.
In 2011, Wrocław Technology Park purchased the deteriorating buildings of the former PAFAWAG wagon factory and adjacent land from the Municipality of Wrocław. We began their revitalisation, the most important part of which was the restoration of the W-7 production hall, now known as Nowa 7, which is under conservation protection. Today it functions as a modern production and warehouse hall, offering 20,000 sq m of rentable space.

Investment areas in the centre of Wrocław
The WPT investment plot complex is available to investors who are interested in developing their business in the business centre of Wrocław. The brownfield plots for sale come in different sizes and shapes. Both developed and undeveloped land is available. The plots can be combined or subdivided.
Importantly, our investment plots have full access to complete technical infrastructure, i.e. networks: water and sewage, gas, energy, telecommunications. The area is covered by a Local Zoning Plan, according to which the land is intended for commercial activities, particularly in the following areas: production, construction, transport, wholesale trade, business services, finance, science, education, culture, municipal services, tourism, sport and recreation (in buildings) and activities: healthcare, retail, catering.
