Integrative Business Incubator SKRZYNIA

The WPT Integrative Business Incubator was created to support barrier- free business. It is  dedicated to companies that are in the beginning of their business journey.

Integrative Business Incubator “Skrzynia” promotes and supports getting jobs and setting up businesses by people with disabilities, but also shows benefits from employing such people. We want to bring together the barrier-free entrepreneurship community around it. To this end, we have built a broad incubator offering focused on accessibility, inclusion and collaboration.

The incubator is a place adapted to people with disabilities. Its most important aim is to support them in terms of professional and social activation and business integration. It is also the venue for a wide range of events, trainings and workshops, as well as for sharing experiences, networking and inspiration. Entrepreneurs from a wide range of industries can benefit from our support. Additional, specialised support can be found with us for companies run by people with disabilities and companies that employ them or want to employ them.

Within the Integrative Business Incubator, there is an Information Centre where one-stop-shopping for know-how and expert support on how to get a job or start a business for people with disabilities and how to employ them. The incubator also offers the opportunity to make new contacts, receive assistance from a careers advisor, job coach or psychologist.

5-year incubation period

This is the time during which start-ups from various sectors can benefit from our support and infrastructure on preferential terms.

For companies run by people with disabilities and companies that employ them or are open to employing them.

What does Integrative Business Incubator offer?

Integrative Business Incubator “Skrzynia” promotes and supports getting jobs and setting up businesses by people with disabilities, but also shows benefits from employing such people. We want to bring together the barrier-free entrepreneurship community around it. To this end, we have built a broad incubator offering focused on accessibility, inclusion and collaboration.

Preferential lease terms

As part of the DAIP and IIP for companies up to their 5th year of operation, we offer support for office space leases of up to 90%. It can be rented on particularly preferential terms to entrepreneurs with a disability certificate and companies that employ people with disabilities.

Business infrastructure

WPT’s business incubators are office spaces from 5 to 30 m2, adapted to the needs of people with disabilities. They are accompanied by complete social and meeting and training facilities.

Access to WPT infrastructure and resources

Entrepreneurs operating in WPT’s business incubators can benefit from WPT’s comprehensive business offer, which is described in the Stellar Hub business development programme. It enables them to benefit from as much support as they need at any given point in their development.

Consultancy and training package

Entrepreneurs operating in the WPT Business Incubators can benefit from specialised training, workshops and individual consultations that effectively contribute to the development of their businesses.

Financial support

There are many forms of financial support that cane be obtained through us. These include ‘Grant voucher’, public aid or de minimis aid.

Integration, networking

Networking, regular meetings and networking allow us to build an ecosystem of companies, experts and business environment institutions supporting each other and carrying out joint projects.

Support in promoting the company

Entrepreneurs operating in the WPT Business Incubators gain the opportunity to promote their company. We enable them to participate in national and international trade fairs and exhibitions. We also provide support in promoting the company in the media as well as online.

Business Innovation Zone

We provide a space, both online and offline, where, in one place, representatives, experts from various offices and institutions from all over Poland, as well as WPT specialists, meet with an entrepreneur or person planning to set up a business in order to provide them with comprehensive, expert support in running and developing their business.

IIP Information Centre

The Information Centre at the IIP SKRZYNIA provides a one-stop shop for information on taking up employment and setting up businesses by people with disabilities, as well as on the employment of people with disabilities by companies in the SME sector.

Support for knowledge transfer

Support for knowledge transfer between science and business takes place at WPT not only through the provision of R&D infrastructure and the organisation of events, but also through the practical tool and know-how exchange space that is the Innovation Sector.

Internet Information Centre

As part of our Information Centre, we provide information material and allow you to participate in consultations with specialists.   They enable businesses and people with disabilities to find information about their rights, opportunities and facilities in one place.
