Industrial Hall Nowa 7
The Nowa 7 production and storage hall is a modern facility of the Wrocław Technology Park. Located in Wrocław, in Fabryczna Street, it provides comprehensive facilities for the industry. The hall offers more than 20,000 sq m of space to meet the needs and demands of manufacturing and warehousing companies of all scales. Customisable modules are available for lease to meet the individual needs of businesses, which can range from 200sqm to 5,000sqm.
Thanks to the technical facilities, it can be used as both production and storage space. Each of the Nowa 7 modules has direct access to social and technical facilities, an office area and training and conference rooms. Such a comprehensive offer, definitely facilitates the functioning of an industrial business.

Renting a hall
The history of the New 7 dates back to the first half of the 20th century. The Wrocław Technology Park has revitalised one of the largest production and warehouse halls in Wrocław at a cost of PLN 50 million. The hall was part of the PAFAWAG State Wagon Factory, known as W-7.
Now, under the roof of the Nowa 7 – a 286 m long and 80 m wide hall – there are production and storage spaces tailored to the needs of industry. The hall can be used to assemble large-scale equipment, set up production lines and prepare storage facilities. The maximum usable height of the hall is as much as 13.6 m. Its main aisle is 40 m wide, the side aisle 20 m. It is worth noting that each of the Hall’s modules has its own entrance gate, accessible from level 0. Nowa 7 is equipped with full technical and sanitary infrastructure and heating from the district heating network using water radiators. It is also a fully secure facility – there is external and internal monitoring, an access control system and 24/7 security.
