At Wrocław Technology Park (WPT), we support academic teams, startups and technology companies in developing innovation – from the first concept, through prototyping, to market entry. Our incubation system includes four tracks: academic, barrier-free, digital and R&D. Each track is designed to address real business needs and accelerate project growth.

How we work
Incubation at Wrocław Technology Park is a support system that helps turn an idea into a working business. We connect space, experts, technological infrastructure and access to a business ecosystem to speed up company development at every stage.
The incubation process includes 5 stages:
1. Project needs assessment
We work with your team to define the potential of the idea, key technological challenges and the development path – from the first concept to further commercialisation.
2. Selecting the right incubation track
WPT offers four programmes tailored to different groups of entrepreneurs:
- academic (DAIP – Lower Silesian Academic Business Incubator),
- barrier-free (IIP “Skrzynia” – Integrative Business Incubator),
- digital (Wro4digITal EDIH Wrocław – technology support and digital transformation),
- R&D and innovation (for startups and companies developing new technologies).
3. Access to WPT infrastructure and resources
Incubated companies can use laboratories, technology facilities, office space, consulting, training and product development support services.
4. Support from experts and business partners
Teams receive support in technology, R&D, business modelling, financing, IP protection, and also gain opportunities to cooperate with over 200 companies operating at WPT.
5. Faster go-to-market
Our goal is to move from concept to implementation as quickly as possible – through testing, iteration, prototype development and preparing the project for scaling.

What incubation includes?
Participants in WPT’s business incubation can use individually selected tools such as:
- office and laboratory space,
- space for business meetings,
- technology support,
- business consulting,
- training,
- access to the technology line,
- access to contact networks and support programmes.
This is a flexible, practical way to test, develop and implement ideas while reducing risk – with expert support, professional infrastructure and the WPT ecosystem.

Entrepreneurship Support Team
What you can use?
Preferential lease terms
Up to 90% support for office rent for companies up to 5 years old – with additional preferences for entrepreneurs with disabilities.
Space to grow
We offer office units from 5 to 30 m² plus social and conference facilities – adapted to the needs of different teams and people with disabilities.
Access to WPT resources
As part of incubation, companies can use WPT’s full infrastructure and services, including laboratories and the technology line.
Training and consulting
We provide specialist workshops, training and consultations that speed up company development.
Funding for starting and scaling
Incubation includes access to WPT support mechanisms and programmes, the “Grant voucher” mechanism and de minimis support.
Networking and the WPT ecosystem
We build a collaboration environment – meetings, experience-sharing and networking strengthen company growth.
Promotion support
We help companies get visibility – from trade fairs to communication support and online activities.
Business information zone
Incubated entrepreneurs get access to experts from national institutions and WPT specialists in one place.
Support for people with disabilities
We run the IIP Skrzynia Online Information Centre – we provide knowledge on starting and running a business for people with disabilities and on employing people with disabilities in a company.
Knowledge and technology transfer
We facilitate cooperation between science and business – through access to R&D infrastructure and tools such as the Innovation sector.
