Comprehensive life science product development
Technology line
Are you developing a product that requires process trials, pilot runs or scaling up production? Use the pilot-scale facility – the technology line at Wrocław Technology Park – a technology base for the food, nutraceutical, cosmetics and biotechnology sectors.
We provide the space together with a team of technologists who will help you develop or test formulations, optimise processes and prepare your product for market implementation. You do not need to invest in your own production line – you use ready infrastructure operating in GMP / GHP / HACCP standards.

What can you do with us?
On the technology line, we deliver, among others:
-
plant-based extracts, e.g. from hops, plant protein concentrates
- isolates of compounds present in extracts, e.g. xanthohumol
- chemical synthesis reactions, e.g. esters, chelates
- preparation of blends of liquid, dry and mixed ingredients
- filling solutions into unit or bulk packaging
- extractions using solvents requiring EX zones, e.g. ethanol, acetone
- spray drying (microencapsulation), e.g. vitamins, beta-carotene and bioactive ingredients
- enzymatic hydrolysates, e.g. collagen

Why work with us?
Confidence and safety
Within the technology line area, we operate a Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Points (HACCP) system, and all processes follow GMP/GHP standards. We are also subject to regular inspections by food sector supervisory authorities, supporting the launch of products on the market.
Convenient location and preferential access
The pilot-scale facility is located in the Beta building of Wrocław Technology Park, at 125 Klecińska Street.
Technical capabilities
The technology line enables testing of new technologies, scaling (up-scaling), verification of process assumptions and production optimisation. It supports implementation of solutions and R&D work, followed by technology transfer and execution of part or all of the production process.
The installation includes pilot and semi-industrial scale production equipment, enabling advanced process operations, including:
- supercritical extraction
- chemical extraction
- microencapsulation
- ultrafiltration
- vacuum evaporation
- blending of liquid, dry and mixed ingredients
- filling solutions into unit or bulk packaging
One of the key advantages of the installation is its modular design – equipment can be combined in any configuration, making it possible to create tailored process setups for each project.
