Laboratory spaces for rent

We focus on clear and straightforward cooperation rules that allow our partners to concentrate on development. We offer two core laboratory space rental models.

Exclusive laboratory rental
You receive a fully private space with access restricted and controlled exclusively by you. This model ensures maximum comfort and full confidentiality of work.

Laboratory workstation rental
You use a dedicated workstation within a shared laboratory, sharing the space with other innovative companies.

Rental period
Agreements are concluded for a fixed term (minimum 6 months) or for an indefinite period.

Security deposit
A security deposit equivalent to three months’ rent is required.

WPT laboratories offer extensive laboratory infrastructure organised into fully equipped areas dedicated to life science, pharmaceutical, chemical, cosmetics and food industries. We provide modern spaces that can be flexibly adapted to the specific requirements of your research and product development.

Biotechnology laboratories
Designed with sterility and operational safety in mind. Equipped, among others, with airlock entry areas with sinks, UV lamps and local exhaust systems.

Chemical laboratories
A safe environment for working with chemical substances. Equipped with professional fume hoods, including EX-rated units for explosive substances, chemical-resistant exhaust systems, as well as ventilated and fire-resistant cabinets.

Basic furniture
Each laboratory is equipped with essential furniture such as laboratory benches, shelving, cabinets, drawer units, chairs and sinks. Detailed equipment information is provided individually for each laboratory.

Access to shared facilities
Each laboratory tenant gains access to well-organised back-office areas, including preparation rooms, chemical storage rooms and freezer facilities.

Wrocław Technology Park offers comprehensive facilities for electronics research, testing and production – from prototype development to pilot-scale manufacturing.

PCB production
Semi-automatic stencil printer, reflow oven, SMD Pick&Place machines, conveyors, dryer, soldering stations, etching machine.

An integral part of the infrastructure is the Clean Room zone, enabling work under controlled cleanliness conditions, essential for precision electronics manufacturing.

A secure and reliable space for your company’s IT infrastructure – located in the very heart of the WPT campus. Dual power supply (with one line protected by a UPS), precision in-row cooling using chilled water, inert gas fire suppression and 24/7 BMS monitoring ensure business continuity for your systems.

At the WPT Colocation and Hosting Centre, located on two floors of the Omega building with a total area of 572 m², we provide a top-class environment for hosting critical server infrastructure. The facility has been designed from the ground up for maximum security and uninterrupted operation – so you can focus on business growth while we safeguard your company’s data.

Reliability is at the core of the Centre. We ensure it through a dual power distribution system, with one line fully protected by a central UPS system to shield equipment from any power anomalies. Optimal temperature and humidity are maintained by a precision in-row cooling system powered by chilled water, delivering efficient and stable cooling even at full load across 19 server racks.
