The WPT campus is a complex of 8 office, laboratory and production buildings located on Duńska, Muchoborska/Klecińska and Fabryczna streets in Wrocław.
WPT is situated in a very well-connected part of Wrocław – close to major transport routes, the ring road and the airport. A railway station and public transport stops are located nearby.

Example space in the Beta building. The Beta building, located at 125 Klecińska Street, is designed to maximise flexibility in arranging space and adapting it to the needs of resident companies. Among others, the NUTRIBIOMED Cluster technology line operates here.
SIGMA building

Nowa 7 is a modern industrial hall of Wrocław Technology Park, located at 16 Fabryczna Street in Wrocław. With a total area of over 20,000 m², it provides comprehensive facilities for manufacturing, industrial and logistics companies. Its modular design allows rental of space from 200 m², through 1000 m² and multiples of 1000 m², tailored to individual business needs.

The Nowa 7 hall is located in the industrial part of Wrocław at 16 Fabryczna Street. The excellent location ensures easy access to major transport routes:
- 15 minutes to Wrocław Airport (WRO)
- 10 minutes to the Wrocław Motorway Ring Road (A8)

The Nowa 7 hall was designed with diverse industrial processes in mind. It enables installation of large-scale equipment, production lines and warehouse facilities.

History
Nowa 7 is a hall with strong industrial heritage. For many years, as W-7, it formed part of the legendary PAFAWAG railcar factory. Wrocław Technology Park carried out a comprehensive revitalisation of the facility worth PLN 50 million, creating a modern industrial space of the highest standard.
Today, Nowa 7 combines historical character with 21st-century functionality – a place where industry, logistics and innovation meet within one ecosystem.
