1. Project Objective:

    The results of the Unite!WIDENING project include: new R&D policy recommendations for the supported countries, namely Poland and Portugal; identification of gaps and planning future actions; development of an HRS4R Guide for the supported countries; plans addressing gender equality, inclusion, and equity within the R&D&I activities; a strategic innovation and open science map; guidelines for establishing a local Academy of Skills in Science and Innovation, a Doctoral School, training programs, and guides; development of a research transparency board and policies and strategies leading to the reform and renewal of institutional approaches in science and innovation. These outcomes will be made available beyond the project’s duration to ensure their implementation by stakeholders in the supported countries, namely Poland and Portugal.
