The WPT Entrepreneurship and Technology Incubator ends its activity after 5 years. This does not mean, however, that we stop supporting entrepreneurs at the beginning of their business activities! In place of IPIT, we are launching an Integrative Business Incubator. <\/strong><\/p>\n

The WPT Entrepreneurship and Technology Incubator (IPIT) has been operating since 2015. It was created as part of the project “Establishing an Entrepreneurship and Technology Incubator on the basis of a social and administrative building at the W-7 hall after the former PAFAWAG State Wagon Factory in Wroc\u0142aw” implemented as part of the Regional Operational Program for the Lower Silesian Voivodeship for 2007-2013. Its task was to increase self-employment in our region and to support entrepreneurs who, during the 5-year incubation period, could use the WTP offer on preferential terms. The numbers that sum up the activities of IPIT show that it has certainly been successful!<\/p>\n<\/div>

From 2015 to December 2020, 167 companies developed at IPIT, and over 80% of them were successful and still operate on the market. Entrepreneurs took advantage of de minimis aid worth over PLN 2.5 million, which we provided under over 1,500 contracts, including for the rental of business space and the use of consulting and training services. Our support also included providing access to the Cloud Services Platform, i.e. office, graphic and design software packages from the Microsoft, Adobe and Autodesk families. The licenses we have granted under the platform are worth over PLN 300,000!<\/p>\n

We would like to thank everyone who was involved in the development of the Incubator, especially all entrepreneurs who decided that IPIT is a good place for business.<\/p>\n<\/div>

What’s next?<\/strong><\/h2>\n

In place of the Entrepreneurship and Technology Incubator of the WPT, the Integrative Business Incubator<\/strong> begins its activity. It was created to support and develop business without barriers. It is dedicated to all companies that are at the beginning of their business path, so we smoothly continue supporting entrepreneurs.<\/p>\n

Integrative Business Incubator is a place adapted to the needs of people with disabilities in terms of architecture. As in the case of IPIT, entrepreneurs from various industries can benefit from our support during the 5-year incubation period. Additional, specialized support will be available to companies run by people with disabilities and companies that employ them or want to employ them.<\/p>\n<\/div>
