Office space for rent, ranging in size from a few dozen to several hundred square metres, is available in all buildings on our campus. By locating your company’s headquarters in the WPT, you not only gain a convenient location and proximity to innovative companies, but also the possibility to arrange your office space in any way you like and make use of the IT infrastructure and a set of conference rooms of various sizes.
As part of the rental, we provide:
- 24/7 access to offices,
- easy parking – parking spaces for company employees and visitors are available in both surface and two underground car parks,
- modern ICT infrastructure,
- 24-hour monitoring and building security,
- support in building business relationships, cooperation with research centres and promotional activities,
- the opportunity to use other business products and services offered by WPT as part of its STELLAR HUB business development programme.
It is worth mentioning that the WPT complex includes restaurants and the ‘Technoludek’ kindergarten, and there is a four-star hotel in the immediate vicinity. An office space of 177.00 m2, located at ul. Fabryczna 16, is available for rent . The office has kitchens and meeting rooms for exclusive use.
Area: 21m2 | ul. Muchoborska 18
A 21 m2 office space is available for rent. The room is located on the first floor of the Gamma building, at ul. Muchoborska 18. The space comes with a dedicated parking space. On the first floor there are welfare facilities, i.e. a kitchen and toilets.

A 199,3 m2 office space is available for rent, comprising
- five office rooms,
