The Beta Cleanroom Laboratory is a unique laboratory complex with high purity and controlled parameters, equipped with, among other things, feed windows, laminar ceilings and HEPA filters. This is laboratory space for the demanding customerz, where you can benefit from specialised, pro-innovation facilities without having to invest in your own infrastructure.

The rooms in the laboratory have been designed so that it is possible to strictly control the working environment, especially with regard to particle and microbial contamination. High-quality materials have been used in its construction and the technological solutions used have the potential to prevent the accumulation of pollutants.

The laboratory area has all the functions necessary for research and production activities and consists of rooms that can serve different functions depending on the needs, e.g.: storerooms – cold storage of raw materials and products, storage of dry, auxiliary materials.

Passage between the different zones takes place using cross-locking sluices and an appropriate pressure system. In addition, the individual rooms are communicated with each other by feeder windows. The ancillary area includes the rooms necessary for laboratory processes, which can have a variety of functions, e.g.: washing rooms, drying rooms, sterilisation rooms, or a utility room for storing materials and disinfectants for the premises.

The technical zone, in turn, comprises a control and monitoring area for laboratory parameters, i.e. humidity, pressure, temperatures.
