Each of the buildings in the Wrocław Technology Park has been designed so that it can fulfil both office and laboratory functions. Their design allows existing facilities to be extended to allow specialised apparatus to be installed and laboratories with different specialisation profiles to operate on their surface.

We offer the possibility to use both WPT’s ready-made in-house laboratories and to design and build a professional laboratory facility tailored to the needs of a given company, so that the rented space meets the specifics of the projects that will be carried out in it.

Over the years, we have continuously collaborated with companies experienced in the design and construction of laboratory space. This collaboration has resulted in 14 highly specialised, professional, in-house WPT laboratories and those of our residents.

The available space is designed to allow multiple initiatives to take place at the same time, whether they are undertaken by commercial entities, researchers pursuing their own projects or start-ups taking their first steps in the market.
