Prof. Maciej Chorowski - President of the Board

Holder of doctoral and postdoctoral degrees in the area of cryogenic engineering; author and co-author of over 80 works published in Cryogenics, Advances in Cryogenic Engineering etc.

Józef Rać – Vice President of the Board

• 1990-1995 - main specialist at the Ministry of Ownership Transformation and councillor of the City Council of Wrocław (Committee of Urban Infrastructure and Spatial Planning) 
• 1995-2004 - Director of Economic Initiatives and Economic Development Department at City Hall of Wrocław. Member of many supervisory boards of companies owned by the State Treasury and the Municipality of Wrocław (1995-2002 Chairperson of the Supervisory Board of MPWiK  sp. z o.o. in Wrocław, 1998-2001 President of the Board of WPT S.A.)
• 1997 - local expert of the World Bank on implementation of the flood relief programme
