We provide excellent IT conditions for technical companies which lease premises from the Lower Silesian Incubator of Science and Technology and Incubator-Centre of Technology.

We offer high-end structured cabling system, uniform in information and telephone sections. Each intermediate distribution frame has a network distribution switch that supports the virtual local area network. A highly-efficient backbone network switch and a progressive router that handles the load balancing and BGP functions are installed in the main distribution frame. Broadband back-up connections - for e-commerce and ASP services etc. - are provided on request.

Distribution frames are located in 19” cabinets which leave enough space to install active equipment owned by Lessees and their telephone switchboards, if requested. Fibre optic panels are installed in each frame apart from copper cable distribution panels.
Internet access is provided over at least two broadband links by two different renowned operators (at present Dialog and ProFuturo companies are LSIST’s Internet-providers). Lessees can configure their own wired or wireless communication links, including Internet connections.

Lessees are able to use the modern digital switchboard - Alcatel Omni PCX, which offers practically infinite extension capabilities. Our Lessees can transfer their existing telephone numbers to the new seat provided it is technically feasible for their operator.
