Projects

Wrocław Technology Park carries out a number of projects which help to develop cooperation between academic and business sectors. We support companies and projects which are focused on R&D, innovations and cutting-edge technologies.

Through our activities, we want to create the space and conditions which, by combining entrepreneurship and technology, will allow to create products, services, technologies and know-how that can compete on the domestic and global markets.

In recent years, as a result of European funding, we have completed the following projects:

Interreg Baltic Sea – Biomarker Commercialization IVD applicable Biomarker Research and Innovation implementation Development GuidE (acronym BIC-BRIDGE)

BIC BRIDGE is based on the project main outputs and results from BiC – Biomarker Commercialization. Thanks to the regular project, the BiC consortium managed to tackle specific challenges from the biomarker development and commercialization field.

HIGH – TECH in Lower Silesia – promotion of the region

The project assumes the promotion of the region’s economic offer on international and domestic markets, focusing on the high-tech sector and supporting the investment process in the region.

Development of the offer of support for pro-innovative business environment in the Wrocław Technology Park – INNOPOLISnext

The implementation of the project will contribute to expanding the potential of the R&D laboratories of the WPT with new areas of activity and updating the level of technological pro-innovative support.

Modern technologies in Lower Silesia – promotion of the region

Thanks to the project, we intend to increase the level of foreign trade in the high-tech SME sector and improve the recognition of Lower Silesia as a place with a high potential in terms of modern technologies.

Interreg Baltic Sea – Biomarker Commercializaton (BIC acronym)

BIC is the EUSBSR flagship project, which started in October 2017 and will end in September 2020. The results of the BIC project will contribute to improving the competitiveness and commercialization of biomarkers in the Baltic Sea region, which in the long term will benefit hospitals and patients by providing affordable and personalized healthcare.

digitalLIFE4CE – Fostering innovation in integrated healthcare systems solutions

Project „digitalLIFE4CE – Digital Life for Central Europe“ is focused on creating Central Europe an area of excellence in the field of digital integrated healthcare systems solutions where flexible, solution-oriented cooperation mechanisms can be rapidly activated and transferred to all its strategic actors.

From Wrocław Technology Park to INNOPOLIS Wrocław

Within the framework of the project we expanded and furnished the WTP complex, thus giving our residents 34,000 sqm of laboratory and office area at their disposal.

Creation of Wrocław Industrial and Technological Park on the basis of the property which have remained of the former National Railway Carriages PAFAWAG factory

Under the “Creation of Wrocław Industrial and Technological Park on the basis of the property which have remained of the former National Railway Carriages PAFAWAG factory” project we have conducted a revaluation and reconstruction of the historic industrial W-7 hall at Fabryczna Street which is today known as Nowa Siódemka.

Thanks to the implementation of this project, we have created a well-equipped office space in which, on preferential terms, new companies can develop their activities.

Development of NUTRIBIOMED Cluster cooperative relations in order to commercialize innovative solutions

Constantly taking care of the development of the NUTRIBIOMED Cluster operating within the Park, we have obtained funds and created the Experimental Plant – a technological infrastructure unique in the country.
